Michael Doyle is founder and President of the Baltimore Cyber Range.  His IT experience dates back to the early 1970s, having worked with batch processing systems. He subsequently spent more than thirty years working computer, networking and communications issues for the US Government, most recently as a Senior Scientist. In 2005 Mr. Doyle founded Sterling Technologies Group and later served as CTO for several organizations.

Spector holds an Electrical Engineering degree from The Johns Hopkins University.

Before joining Cyberbit, Stephen served in a number of different roles at Symantec including vice president of channel sales. Stephen is a certified information systems security professional (CISSP) and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
